Following the success of the last Knowledge Exchange event which discussed the importance of employee experience, we’re now partnering with employee and consumer engagement experts, Sodexo, to deliver an exclusive event on the same theme.
Being held at Sodexo’s offices in London, on Tuesday 12th February, we’re looking forward to welcoming keynote speaker and author, Professor Damian Hughes. Damian will share insight from his latest book, ‘The Barcelona Way’, on what a winning culture looks like and how to create this within teams.
Tim Oldham, CEO of Leesman, will share some fascinating analysis of their database that reveals the super drivers of employee sentiment in the workplace and TSK’s own Workplace Consultancy Director, Craig Murray, will lead a session on how design can enhance the workplace experience.
We’re also looking forward to welcoming Raj Verma, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Corporate Services at Sodexo to join a panel conversation, sharing his perspectives and insight from their organisation, which believes the best way to create lasting value is to make people the central focus.
