We’re pleased to announce the further strengthening of our senior management team with the appointment of Simon Guest as Construction Director.
Simon joins TSK following 22 years with Claremont and will be based at our Manchester office. He brings with him significant experience which will be invaluable to TSK as we further build our capabilities in the coming months.
Simon commented: “TSK is a well-respected business that has seen consistent growth thanks to the strength of its vision and ambition, its established position within the market and its talented team. I look forward to utilising my expertise to extend TSK’s capabilities, providing clients with the very best service, from in-depth consultancy right through to delivery.”
Iain Holden, joint managing director at TSK, added: “Simon’s appointment is a real coup for the business - his expertise in the industry will be hugely valuable as we continue to develop our offer. With our ambitious growth targets in place, we are focused on attracting more top talent during the coming months.”
Simon added: “It’s an interesting time for our sector driven by the fact the way people work is changing. Organisations are looking to create more flexible and effective working environments which are connected in every sense. Once the domain of property professionals, decisions around workplace design now involves all areas of a business. TSK’s agility as a business perfectly positions us to work with clients in a way which meets their commercial objectives whether that’s in-depth workplace consultancy and employee engagement or technical design and build capabilities. It’s this breadth which will allow us to continue to evolve as a business.”
This appointment comes on the back of a number of achievements for TSK in the past twelve months; during which we have delivered several landmark projects including Swinton Insurance’s HQ at 101 Embankment and the new Kellogg’s HQ at MediaCityUK. We have also recently been appointed to deliver Irwin Mitchell’s new Manchester office at One St Peter’s Square.
