As one of the fastest-growing investment companies in the UK and now named as one of The Sunday Times’ 100 Best Companies to Work For, AJ Bell’s team is tantamount to its success. Partnering to support them with their relocation of 450 employees, we created a headquarters centred on health and wellbeing and employee experience, whilst ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.
To maintain the company’s strong values, employees need to be able to work efficiently and productively. And with business booming, it is essential to attract and retain the most talented people in the industry.
We worked with AJ Bell right through from consultancy to completion, engaging with the entire team to find out its workplace needs.
The flexible, task-focused and connected workplace we delivered comprises formal and informal meeting spaces, areas for collaborative work, breakout areas and huddle spaces.
The extensive variety of spaces allows every individual to work fluidly, choosing their settings according to their work activities.
An impressive range of facilities, including a state-of-the-art gym, training and seminar suite, e-learning zone, dining area, amphitheatre and lounge bar, echoes AJ Bell’s vision for a headquarters that nurtures a thriving, healthy workforce.
EQ4 is a shining reflection of AJ Bell’s guiding principles, supporting people by understanding their needs and fulfilling them. It is a space for collaboration, activity and celebration, perfectly evidenced as, upon the project’s completion, we joined the team to share a toast on the 7th floor roof terrace and social hub.
“Everything developed in EQ4 has been borne out of TSK’s experience and out of what our people wanted. I’m delighted with our new headquarters, that has provided a modern, flexible environment in which all can thrive and the next chapter of our history can be written.” Andy Bell, Chief Executive at AJ Bell.
