Creating an exceptional client and employee experience
International law firm Eversheds Sutherland appointed TSK to create a collaborative and effective workspace that would deliver both an exceptional client and employee experience.
Relocating to Water Court, a Victorian canal warehouse, provided a catalyst for change for the organisation, moving from uninspired cellular spaces to more open and flexible ways of working. This was also about creating a benchmark workplace for the company – a new office standard to use globally.
Aiming to enhance employee wellbeing and encourage innovative ways of working, the contemporary space features a diverse range of activity-based work settings. Sit-stand desks, break-out spaces and quiet zones empower employees with the autonomy to choose the work setting best suited to them.
Whilst the design is modern and digitally-enabled, it also embraces the traditional, historic fabric of the building, including the preservation of its original Victorian feature pillars.
The future-focused workplace we created for Eversheds Sutherland enables cross-department working, boosting productivity and fostering an energised team spirit that will appeal to a new generation of talent for the business.
Water Court was recently shortlisted in the British Council for Offices (BCO) Awards; an award that recognises quality design, functionality, and excellence in workplaces.
