Bid & Proposals Coordinator
We are looking to recruit a motivated and passionate Bid & Proposals Coordinator to support the Bid Manager within the Brand & Marketing department in developing and delivering work winning strategies in the commercial design and build market. This is a key role in supporting our Business Development and Sales teams, ultimately securing new work for the business. As part of this role, you will support on the creation of compelling bids and pitches for interior projects ranging from 10,000 sq ft – 200,000 sq ft from launch to handover to the delivery team. Requirements
You will need an understanding of client aspirations and what is required to submit a compliant bid, the importance of tone of voice and brand messaging, as well as experience of writing compelling bid submissions, an understanding people's needs and motivations, and an ability to adapt your personal style accordingly. You will be proficient in MS Office suite; including Excel, Word, Outlook, Project and Adobe InDesign
About you
Ideally, have experience within the commercial interior design and build sector. Good to have - APMP membership Personal Qualities, Self-awareness - recognise your own strengths and limitations. Reflect regularly on your own experiences and performance. Be innovative and have an open mindset. Model behaviour that shows respect, helpfulness and co-operation as well a resilient attitude and positive outlook. You will also have the ability to manage your own workload and work to strict timescales
