Site Manager
As part of our exciting growth plans, we are now looking for an experienced, driven and passionate Site Manager. You’ll have a track record of managing fast-track commercial interior projects typically ranging in size between 7,500 and 150,000 sq ft. and are ready to take the next step in your career.
Requirements
Ability to oversee and manage the delivery of the works on site. Responsible for the management of all trades, H+S quality and programme/sequencing of works with the specialist supply chain. Build the strongest relationships - often works are within occupied buildings, and as such the representation and brand image of TSK are of paramount importance.
About you
Construction site management skills and related experience with a proven track record on various energy and/or M&E projects. Strong understanding of the commercial impact of activities. Good understanding of construction contracts
